Text Box: THE MUHYI-UD-DIN MUNIR AHMAD AZIM

THE COURSE OF HIS LIFE – MUNDANE AND SPIRITUAL

HIS FAMILY BACKGROUND AND CHILDHOOD:
The Muhyi-ud-Din Munir Ahmad Azim was born on January 7, 1961 into a Ahmadi Muslim family of very modest origin. His father, the late Solim Azim, was a renowned entrepreneur in the timber trade in Rose-Hill, Mauritius, and his mother Momin Azim, as was the custom in most traditional Muslim families, housewife. Munir Azim is the last boy in a family of four boys and two girls. He spent his childhood in Trèfles (in the town of Rose-Hill). At the age of fourteen, his family change their address and came to live about 200 meters from the mosque Dar-us-Salaam Ahmadiyya. He follows his secondary studies in the Ahmadiyya College. He has the opportunity to share his free time between work and mosque. Apart from that, he was happy to accompany the missionaries of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Association during their various trips throughout the island. He followed his secondary studies for five years without taking part in the final examinations of the School Certificate.

HIS SPIRITUAL PATH AND THE NEW STEP OF HIS LIFE:
At a tender age, he was inspired by the words of Hadhrat Mousleh Maoud,
Mirza Bashir-ud-Din Ahmad Mahmud (Allah be pleased with him!), which
encouraged Ahmadis to follow the example of the Holy Prophet (blessings
on him and Peace!), to become like ‘a small Mohammad'; he worked hard
to achieve this objective.
In 1983, he married Nasira Oleemohamed, daughter of Mr. Abdul Wahab
Oleemohamed and Mrs. Mariam Oleemohamed. In the year 2001, the couple
adopts a newborn child.
In 1987, Mr. Munir Azim is employed as a driver by the Ahmadiyya Muslim Association. His interest in working for the cause of Allah became more intense, and it is on his own account (waqfi arzi) that he made a few trips to Reunion island in 1990 to preach Islam.

Eventually, the travel expenses are borne by the Ahmadiyya Muslim Association, and his stay was lengthened. With Allah's help, he has the opportunity to speak through the radio to present Islam. Always with Allah's help, he managed to legally register the Ahmadiyya Muslim Association with the authorities of Reunion Island. He performed identical achievements in Mayotte (Comoros) and the Seychelles.
On 1 January 2001, returning from the island of Rodrigues, where he served loyally the Ahmadiyya Muslim Association, he is excommunicated.
Mr. Munir Ahmad Azim attended the Annual Conference of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Association in Qadian in 1991 and London in 1999. In the latter city, he was received by Hadhrat Mirza Tahir Ahmad (Allah be pleased with him!) who does not miss to congratulate him on his success.

THE DIVINE MANIFESTATION:
On January 19, 2003, Allah, exalted him to the rank of 'Amir'ul Momeneen' and during that same year, Allah gave him the direction to go form his own Jamaat: The Jamaat Ahmadiyya Al Mouslemeen (name which Allah Himself has chosen) and on May 8, 2003, The Jamaat Ahmadiyya Al Mouslemeen was duly registered with the legal authorities. In December 2003, Allah ordered him to proclaim himself as the Muhyi-ud-Din (Reviver of Religion) of this era.
The existence of the Jamaat Ahmadiyya Al Mouslemeen was due to the fact that Allah had raised in this century a Messenger who comes from him, Allah (To Him belong the Supreme Glory).
DIFFERENCES OF OPINIONS IN THE JAMAAT AHMADIYYA AL MOUSLEMEEN:
For nearly 3 to 4 years, Muhyi-ud-Din led the Jamaat Ahmadiyya Al Mouslemeen as Spiritual Leader, but gradually within the Jamaat Ahmadiyya Al Mouslemeen, was born a silent revolt (on the part of some members) against the divine instructions that the Muhyi-ud-Din received from God.
His brother in Islam, Mr. Zafrullah Domun also was expelled from the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community because he believed in the revelations of Muhyi-ud-Din Ahmad Munir Azim. By the grace of God, through his obedience to Allah and His Muhyi-ud-Din, Allah also blessed him with the Ruh-Qouddouss it.
Often the Muhyi-ud-Din prayed to God the Almighty to bless people of his Jamaat with the Ruh-il-Qouddouss, and Mr. Zafrullah Domun became one of them.
Unfortunately for Mr. Zafrullah Domun, he renounce his belief in the Muhyi-ud-Din of this era and the members of his family and some members of the Jamaat Ahmadiyya Al Mouslemeen followed him in this rebellion (unbelief). They wrote letters full of legal threats to the Muhyi-ud-Din and told him to stop using the name of the Jamaat which Allah revealed to him: The Jamaat Ahmadiyya Al Mouslemeen.
The Jamaat Ahmadiyya Al Mouslemeen was a name that Allah has chosen to protect under for His Dome the Muhyi-ud-Din and his faithful followers . The Jamaat (Community) had its spiritual principles based on the arrival in this world of a messenger of God, a Muhyi-ud-Din blessed by God (Allah) Himself.
When the Jamaat Ahmadiyya Al Mouslemeen ceased to serve its usefulness, and when the hypocrites, who usurped the Jamaat Ahmadiyya Al Mouslemeen in the name of the mundane law, manifested themselves like Ibliss (satan) has manifested himself on the creation of man (Adam), then Allah revealed to His Muhyi-ud-Din to take patience, because these people will not have the upper hand over him, because God is with him, and will surely guide him according to the will of Allah.
This is not something new that whenever a messenger comes from God, his own people revolts against him and the instructions of God. Such was the case in the history of Moses. The Holy Quran explained this in these terms:
"And We certainly gave Moses the Book, but differences were created therein; and had it not been a word already gone forth from thy Lord, surely the matter would have been decided between them long before; and now these people are in disquieting doubt concerning it." (Ch.11 Hud V.111)
Before any activities or decisions that Muhyi-ud-Din makes or takes, He always takes the permission of God. But, most of the members of Jamaat Ahmadiyya Al Mouslemeen, having as their head Mr. Zafrullah Domun, pressurized him to attend a special committee so that the Muhyi-ud-Din answer their questions on subject matters which represented a doubt and were not clear in their minds. The Muhyi-ud-Din said that he had still not received the necessary instructions from God to attend this meeting, but as soon as he gets the permission he will let them know. But this answer did meet their way.
Some members of the community tried to force his hand by asking some questions that was filled with contempt and doubts but Allah inspired him to continue to take patience.
Mr Zafrullah Domun was the President of the Jamaat Ahmadiyya Al Mouslemeen (mundanely speaking), and there was also the Executive Members which according to the law of the country had control over the management of the Jamaat. As Muhyi-ud-Din was only in the eyes of the law of the country considered as a simple member of the committee, then the Executive Committee, including the President had the authority on major decisions concerning the Jamaat.
Unfortunately for the members of the Jamaat Ahmadiyya Al Mouslemeen, they have preferred turning their backs on Allah and his Muhyi-ud-Din and to take control at the worldly legislative level the Jamaat Ahmaddiyya Al Mouslemeen. Committee members had initially written a letter to bring him to attend a question and answer session as if they controlled the Muhyi-ud-Din, his activities as a messenger of God, and his private life. But still no instruction from God concerning this case, until the day when Allah instructs him a letter addressing kindly the Central Committee. Allah made him realize that through this letter, he will soon come to know about the deep mentality of these people who claimed to be formerly 'disciples of the Muhyi-ud-Din' and who openly declared through publication on the website of the Jamaat Ahmadiyya Al Mouslemeen about signs from Allah clearly indicating the veracity of the coming of Muhyi-ud-Din Munir Ahmad Azim in this world.
At the instruction of God, Muhyi-ud-Din addressed them a polite letter, filled with brotherly love and advised them to forget the differences of opinion that had taken place in their hearts, and to continue normally the activities of the Jamaat such as the Study Circles and others.
In the aftermath of the letter which the Muhyi-ud-Din sent to the Committee on 1st August 2007,
Mr. President of the Jamaat, the executive members of the central committee and some members wrote unanimously a letter to the Muhyi-ud-Din stating clearly that they have renounced their faith in him as Muhyi-ud-Din and the spiritual leader of the Jamaat Ahmadiyya Al Mouslemeen and that henceforth he should no longer use the name of the Jamaat to address the world.
The letter was in Creole, the maternal tongue of the Muhyi-ud-Din and their words were as follows: 'In order not to say that our belief in you is nil "zero", let us say, then that it is very weak ".
Allah inspired the Muhyi-ud-Din these verses of the Holy Quran about those who separate themselves from Allah and his Messenger - Muhyi-ud-Din:
"And tell those who do not believe: ‘Act as you can, we too are acting; And wait, we (also) are waiting." (Ch. 11 Hud V.122 & 123)
All members of the Jamaat Ahmadiyya Al Mouslemeen, including the President had taken the oath of allegiance (Baiat) in the hand of Allah from the hand of the Muhyi-ud-Din. Talking all those who took the pact of allegiance, Allah has repeatedly in the Holy Quran encourages believers not to break this sacred covenant, because if they do so, their feet will slip and they will fall in bewilderment .
"And complete the pact of Allah when you have done (a pact), and do not violate the oaths after having strengthened them, while you take Allah as your guarantor. Certainly, Allah knows what you are doing.
And be not like unto her who cuts up her yarn into pieces after having spun it strong by making your oaths a means of deceit between you, for fear lest one people become more powerful than another people. Surely, Allah tries you therein, and on the Day of Resurrection He will make clear to you that wherein you differed.
And if Allah had enforced His will, He would have certainly made you (all) a single people, but He lets go astray him who wishes it, and you shall surely be questioned concerning that which you have been doing.
And do not make your oaths a means of deception between you, otherwise your foot will slip after it has been firmly established, and you will taste bad consequences because it distracts you (people) from the path of Allah, and you will have a harsh punishment.
And barter not the pact of Allah for a paltry price. Certainly, what is with Allah is better for you, if you only knew." (Ch.16 An-Nahl V.92 - 96)
THE IMMENSE FAVOUR OF GOD THE ALMIGHTY AND THE BIRTH OF THE JAMAAT AL SAHIH UL ISLAM:
After months of patience, and spiritual consolation from God, on December 10, 2007, Allah ordered His beloved Muhyi-ud-Din to go build another Jamaat who will accomplish the task that the Jamaat Ahmadiyya Al Mouslemeen could not accomplish.
As a result, by the grace of God, our Almighty Lord , the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam (The Community of those who submit fully and sincerely to Allah) was officially registered with the legal authorities on 10th March 2008, that is, on the 1st Rabi-ul-Awwal 1429 A.H.
Thus, the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam, headed by the Messenger of God, in all its aspects, is there today for the cause of God (Allah) and to invite people to leave the trivialities of this world and to embrace the cause of the One God, Creator of the heavens and the earth and the human race.
It is neither a sect nor a new religion, but it satisfies a need to unite humanity into a single entity for the worship of the One God.
At the root of all religions of the earth, all the prophets preached the same message: the worship of one God - the Creator. But over time, people have been tempted by Satan the accursed and became fully engaged in their effort to deny the prophets of God and the signs and messages from God.
Like the message of the prophets of yesteryears, the Messenger of God in this century, the Humble Servant of God, Hazrat Amir'ul Momeneen Muhyi-ud-Din Musli-ud-Din Musli Maoud Khalifatullah Munir Ahmad Azim (May Allah be always his Protector) came from God to preach the oneness of God and to reunite all mankind under the dome of complete submission to God, and to establish fraternal love in the hearts of people so that they experience a spiritual growth under the gaze of God the Merciful.
The Muhyi-ud-Din is here in the bosom of Islam to strengthen the faith of believers and to unite the souls to the source of their salvation (God).
The heart of a Messenger of Allah is very sensitive, like a parent who is concern for the welfare of his child. Islam is the essence of life.
Undoubtedly, the path of Muhyi-ud-Din is traced by the hand of God, as was the case of Messengers of yesterdays. And there is no doubt that the Muhyi-ud-Din is not the last Messenger of God. Other Messengers of God will arise in the future in order to restore the lost faith in the one God.
The majority of Muslims have closed the door of revelation when they announced that after the Prophet Muhammad (May peace and blessings of God be upon him), there will be no prophets. So how will the Quran, the perfect Book of God remain alive as promised by God Himself in the Holy Quran?
"Truly, We Ourselves sent this Exhortation (the Holy Qur'an), and we certainly will be the Keeper" (Ch.15 Al-Hijr V.10)
" Falsehood cannot approach it either from before it nor from behind it. It is a revelation from the Wise, the Praiseworthy." (Ch.41 Haa Mim Al Sajda V.43)
"... This is indeed a noble Quran, in a Book well protected, which no one except those who are purified shall touch. It is a revelation from the Lord of all worlds. Is it this Divine discourse that you would reject ...? (Ch.56 Al-Waqiah V.78 - 82)
It is by sending someone who comes from Him that Allah will revive the teachings of Islam, the same teachings that the prophets of yesteryears and the Holy Prophet Muhammad (p.b.u.h) came to preach in this world .
The Muhyi-ud-Din is the same person whose coming was foretold by the Holy Prophet of Islam Hazrat Muhammad (saw) and the Promised Messiah Ahmad (as).
The spiritual journey of the Messenger of God is never easy. He undergoes days, months, years and even throughout his life blames and persecutions for the cause of God, as a messenger of God has the task of spreading the message of God clearly, and when his time on this earth is up, he returns to his Creator Satisfied with Him and Him also satisfied with His Beloved Prophet and Messenger, even if the world turns its back to him and takes the wrong path, except the true believers who have fear of God and who submit to His Will.
"... This day have perfected your religion for you and completed My favour upon you and have chosen for you Islam as religion." (Ch. 5 Al-Maida V. 4)
May Allah, our Lord, God the Almighty helps us all to acquire have this fear of God which will show us the way to Him Who is our source of favours and blessings in this world and in the other. Ameen.
