Text Box: Bismillah-ir-Rahman-ir-Rahim ACCOUNT OF “MUSLEH MAOUD” PROGRAMME HELD IN “QAMARAM MUNIRA” MOSQUE Today, on the 20th February 2009, after the Esha Prayer, the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam held a programme to expound on the prophecy and life of Hazrat Mirza Bashiruddin Mahmood Ahmad as the Promised Reformer (Musleh Maoud) prophesized by the Promised Messiah Ahmad (as). On this occasion, there was a Telawat-e-Quran (Recitation of the Quran) with translation by our brother Hafiz Akhtar Nuruddin Sahib; afterwards, a Nazm (Poem) of the Musleh Maoud (with translation) was read by our brother Raouf Saumtally. Some anecdotes on the life of Hazrat Musleh Maoud (ra) were expounded by Reshad Aumeerally. Other of our members each in turn came to either present before the audience a poem written by the Musleh Maoud (ra) – for about 5 minutes each. The closing speech was delivered by our respected Khalifatullah Muhyi-ud-Din who talked for a long time about the prophecies of the Promised Messiah (as) concerning his Promised Son; and afterwards he related to all members present the life and works of the Musleh Maoud till his death at the age of 76.
